Hi Bull-RCU - I just wanted to thank you for the PM you sent me earlier on. I do not like to bash anyone, far be it , for I am not perfect in my building and flying. But I agree with you, certain ARFs are not for certain people or certain types of flying. I guess many new builders think that ARFs should take a couple of hours to build and be ready to go. In my experience, I'm lucky to be able to cut off about 1/3rd to 1/2 of the building time from a kit. I will be the first to say that my Zero took about 20-25 hours to get ready (but this also included my painting and set up). Personally, I still love to build kits, but sometimes that ARF is so much better than my skills especially in fiberglass. I can honestly say that my CMP was a very quality kit (with the exception of some of the hardware). The instructions need some work, but then again, the pictures did better than the translation. I know that some others have said great things about other companies ARF's and I'm glad that they were happy with them, but then again I have been disappointed with some ARFs that I've built. To each his own I guess.
No problem Bassfisher I'm glad I could add my little bit of experience to add a hand... Some day I may recall the favor when I build something you have built...
I have 2 Projects in the works a Scratch Built Lazy ACE Biplane 8ft wing span top and bottom. Still in the framing stage... AND very excited about the KMP STUKA coming out. Will buy that right away from KMP. Would love to have a knock off come out without the extras and pay $250 for it insted of $500. I'm sure I will modify the KMP too.

PSS: LOVE The passion of all in this hobby. It is such a great society. Most do not say things to hurt it is with the intent to help and guide. Just as we find in the world today easy to find fault rather then the good. People love to dwell on the bad and relish in it rather then the good.
