Resist the urge to tinker. My guess...when you get the thing running you won't worry about the extra power you might get with a click here or a click there because of humidity or tempreature. It'll be fine and the power will be so much greater than what you're used to it just won't matter.
I use the 30% Cool Power. It has 22% oil content. Leaves a beautiful smoke trail almost like a smoke pump. It's wonderful.
