I tried an on board glow system on my giant scale PT-19/ inverted O.S. 1.20 Surpass. The first trip out was uneventful and the system worked good. The second time out, there was some kind of problem that gave me severe radio interference. I was very lucky to land the plane safely. I brought the plane home and test ran it again. The control surfaces would intermittently go ape. I disconnected the on board glow and the problem went away.
