Go for the 30%. Big block engines are designed to handle it and if you look closely at all the magazine reviews of big block powered RCs, they're using 30% fuel. I'd run a step colder glow plug when the weather gets warmer though. I've been running 30% for a long time in my big blocks and along with a step colder plug in the spring and summer, have never had any problems and the performance is excellent.
