Myles, it is a blast! I rather do some kitesurfing here in Puerto Rico. And it is really fun. As Alex said you will have a lot of fun in Cabarete. But if you still want to hang with the dominican RC flying gang. Alex is your best tour guide. Just make sure you get in contact with him when you get there, I'm sure he will take care of you.
