Default My long term Stampede project

I got an electric Stampede on November 29 of last year and have used it constantly. All parts are still stock except the bumper. I've replaced the servo savers a couple times, the body mounts, and a few little things like screws and nuts. Tires are still good but I can see some wear on the edges of the rear tires, probably from intentional tire squealing on the road for kicks.

Anyways, my project is to see the truck progress as I replace part after part. It will probably take a long time, but I'd like to see which single part will remain the very last original part! The remote transmitter doesn't count, only parts of the actual truck. I'm thinking it will be the antenna tube since it doesn't seem to take much damage, even on tumbles and when the truck ends up upside down. What do you think?

I thought about getting a faster motor, but I really want to run the original one until it dies or something. I'm not sure what happens when a motor gets worn out, but I guess I'll find out. The next thing to be replaced will probably be the tires from wear and tear. There's a crack in the transmission casing which isn't affecting anything really, but I already have the replacements for that on hand. The chasis may be a good guess on which part survives everything else, but I think one screw hole is stripped or overscrewed. It will eventually be replaced I'm sure as holes get looser from each part removal and reattachment.

Or... maybe the RPM winged bumper will be the last survivor. It's all scratched up but it's known to be very strong and won't break. Any guesses?

EDIT: The bumper doesn't count, it's not an original part. Didn't realize that at first
