I think it's good and shows the market has room for both, just like martin g's comparison. Some people buy Audi's, some buy Seat's.
From my personal point of view, HL have done Tamiya a favour. I always wanted an RC tank, but could never justify the price of a Tamiya. Now I'm a lot closer to considering a Tam as I KNOW how much fun I'm having modding my HL, and I know for a fact that a Tam wouldn't be a £600 flash in the pan.
Although for now I'm quite happy with my HL Tig and am thinking towards the Pz3 next...
