this is my first time at doing this. First tip is to not make the shape to complicated. If you do, like i did, it will be hard to get it looking good, as i am now finding. And it is ok to use thin fibre glass, as long as you not planning on taking out the foam, as it is very flexy. The 4oz section i have is very strong and if you wish to take out the foam, i recomemend using that. Taylor will corect me on this but i think it is better to use a slower drying epoxy resin or it will be very rushed to get it done before it sets. Not sure about where you can get it, in the uk i got mine from a marine shop and it was $45. ouch i know. but this is the uk. I am not sure about foam, i just used what my college had, which was blue coloured.
