I've only flown once on a "buddy box" so far. My brother talked me into joining the club with him. I bought two tail draggers at an auction. One is a beautiful work of art. I'll save that for later when I'm ready for it. The other is a real "fixer upper". I'm rebuilding it now and preping it for my first lessons.
The small plane (kit) is next in line for building - I'm just planning for the future. It does have instructions for tethered flight and instructions say that it "can" be built for RC flight. It also says that I can put up to a .09 engine in it. It recommends asking guys like you about it. :-)
