Default Weak 3S 10C 1250mAh packs?

Hey Gang,

I've got a pair of CSRC LiPos that I've had for about a year. They each have about 40-50 charges on them. They are 3S 1250mAh 10C. I understand these are not super high performance packs, but I am not getting the performance out of them that I have been hoping.

So I decided to take a fully charged Lipo and run it on my eagletree systems power thingy, and then run a newer Polyquest 20C 1500mAh pack.

Attached is the graph. You can see that the CSRC pack really sags hard even though I'm only running at it's continuously rated discharge. The Polyquest pack holds 1V more, but the result is 40% more power delivered and MUCH more pull at the prop. According to the ratings, the CSRC pack should be able to drive up to 18A for 5 seconds at a time.

I've attached my data. The first burst is the CSRC pack, and the second is the polyquest burst. The gray bar indicates a new battery insertion. Also attached is CSRC data for my battery from their web site.

So, my question, how long should a LiPo last? Are my packs fading prematurely?

Thanks,
Farmer
