I'm at 1750' ASL and have no complaints with Surpass 91 swinging either 15x4w or a 15x6. I actually prefer the 4w as it slows the plane down quite a bit. Vertical performance is great(if I could only learn to hang it on the prop longer than 20 sec.) with plenty of power to climb out!
I dont have enough power to really make it even 20 seconds.
