Good news, Murdoc!
Well, today I went flying while it had been drizzling this morning. So the field was wet, without puddles though. I can now state as a fact that the 90 needs some speed to get of the field, and when it is wet, it will not get in the air! The first attempt I stopped, the second attempt I pushed on, and ended full speed in the ditch which is around our field. Luckely, the Tojeiro is a strong plane, so only the propellor was broken!
After that I went home, and picked up my Tojeiro-50, and flew the rest of the afternoon with that.
I reread the trim chart of Bob Pastorello (
http://www.rcaerobats.net/trim_chart.htm , thanks for that Bob and others!), so I checked the CG on the 50. It is now too nose heavy, although the vertical down line is OK (but this says more about the wing incidence, as I now understand). So I have to recheck the 90 as well, since I did not check CG as is stated in this trim chart.
