Your Low Speed nedle is too rich, it controls 85 to 90% of the throttle range and has a huge effect on the economy or the lack of it. Peak the HS needle (and leave it there temporarily) and then lean the LS needle 1/8th turn at a time but check the transition and full throttle operation after every other change.
