rofl !!!!!!! the panites thing lol !!!! thanks for the advice. i'm lucky enough to own a nib p-120 but the cost of all the crap to get it flying is hard to digest. i think that's because i've always scratch built everything and you don't have to lay down 2 grand in one shot, though o have to admitt there's a lot of nice stuff out there

Warbird---You can get around some of the high costs of jet modeling by just doing a little homework. (I was going to say legwork but didn't know if you would see my poor attempt at humor to try to ease up some of the tension accumulated in earlier posts..

) Anyway---You can make your own UAT for about ten bucks if you search here on RCU---You can avoid paying $11 and up for a $7 tube of hysol if you contact your local maintenance supply shops---You could purchase one of the wood kits to save some dough..Just some examples...
There are some things that are going to be a given that will be high priced, like the turbine for example...But you can find good deals on used turbines if you search hard enough...I bought a P-120 with 10 hours on it for $1,100 less that a new one and another with ZERO time on it as it had just been back to JetCat for a check-up and put back as new for the same price as the other that I bought. Since I have a couple of new sons now my modeling $$$ goes in that direction now...I could buy 3 JetCat Titans a year with what I am now paying for daycare!!!...Point being is that a lot of us are modeling on a budget...I probably haven't told you anything that you probably don't already know. I just don't want a newcomer to jets to get too discouraged by all of the talk of $10,000 jets---You can purchase a nice machine for less that half of that if you do some bargain hunting!!!
About your picture---No wonder you walk funny---If I wore some tight "panties" like that I would not only walk funny but have a high pitched voice as well!!!

---For what it's worth I walk a little funny too due to an injury that keeps getting worse....
About Adil's and David's Rhinos---What fabulous pieces of work!!!! Adil---Can you show us a few pics of the entire plane???
