I purchased FS one last week and installed it without difficulty - had to disable sound acceleration on a Realtek on board card.
However I am unable to open an inset window. Pressing the "I" key seems to have no effect.

Andrew -- When you are having problems with the 'I' key, are you flying a Pano or 3D flying site? Inset windows only work with 3D sites, since the eyepoint needs to follow the aircraft. With pano sites, the eypoint is fixed in one spot and inset windows are not possible as a result.
