I say Revo all the way. It's a very well designed car. Can't go wrong. Suspension and drivetrain are incredible and work perfectly bone stock.
In addition to the Revo itself all you need to buy is fuel, a regular 6 cell battery like in your combo and 8 AA batteries for the transmitter.
