Hunter,

If I remember correctly, turning on the origin mixing makes the mixing occur with the movement of the original switch/slider/stick. By turning on the origin mixing, you've effectively told your 10x to respond to the command of the Aux 2 switch regardless of what is inhibited or not. (Which I assume you don't want to do because you turned it off on code 13?)

Try turning off origin mixing and just use normal mixing. That will make the Aux 2 switch not move the airbrake, as long as it remains inhibited. I think!
