The engine should temp and tune the same with the turbo plug, The turbo plugs boosts power from bottom to top by creating a better seal at the glow plug then a standard plug. Because of this boost in compression you will always want to run a hot turbo plug where you would run a colder plug standard. I reccomend the OS. P3 turbo plug. You will notice a big jump in performance going to the turbo plug. I don't reccomend going to the Turbo plug unless you are confident in your tunning. The quickest way to kill glow plugs is to have an improperly tuned engine and that can get very expensive burning up $9 plugs. I have found that when you have the tunning down and you run Turbo plugs that they last longer then regular plugs.
