RE: Ziroli small 70" P-47D.. what glow engine to use?
My 80" , 18.5 pound Zero with a OS 160 and 17x10 flys fast. My 83" 17.5 pound claude flew well with a Saito 180 and 17x8 prop. What engine does Ziroli recommend? If a G-26 or G-38 then your lower end should do well. If you want to go real fast then put more power in it. I would think a 8 or 10" pitch should be a go fast.
