Got all the H-stab sheeting cut tonight. Will do the stab and elevator ribs next. The plans do not show a profile for the L.E. of the H-stab. How does that work when covering? Maybe I missed it.
STICKBUILDER- Thinking about machining a delrin pivot bracket with integrated mounting flange for the stabilizer. Done right it will have zero slop. I'll make two (or more) if you send a sketch...
At this rate will soon be ready for those parts sheets!
Gonna laminate three 1/8 X 3/8 to one 3/8 X 1/16 for each side of the crutch. Plans call for 7/16 X 5/16. I'll sand or rip a 1/16th off the 3/8 side after gluing them up.
