Do not expect the plans to be to scale as related to the kit parts. If you were to trace the plans you would not have parts that will assemble without some difficulty, but that is what modeling is about to some of us. I found this out when making this latest Bucker which required making a fuselage from scratch.
As you can see, I used the color scheme from the box but used yellow and insignia blue instead. I did this becasue I do not see white too well in the sky at times. I also used matching colors of PPG paints for the cowling and wheel pants.
