One possible problem...The connector inside the cap is a spring....You can twist the cap the wrong way and make the spring bind on the end of the plug when taking it off..Easy does it, a slight twist will make it easier...I think Bill said counterclockwise
I see you came out from under your rock. Yes we are selling the RCEXL system . This was a very decision to make. But the UAV-RPV builders are taking about all the HD CH systems we can build. I am 72 years old and have been doing this for 26 years am a little burned out.
The RCCXL is very good. Alittle more batt drain then the CH and almost unrepairable. Plug cap can be changed and wires if torn off out side the case.The RCEXL plug cap is a little tricky to remove. We have already had one flier tear up the cap . Do not put pliers on it,do not pry with a screwdriver This will void the warranty. Just turn the cap clockwise as far as you can do not pull up. Then pull up and turn counter clockwise at the same time will come right off. Use a little silicone diaelectric grease on the spark plug.
You cannot learn much listening to yourself talk.
