Default 4-engine bomber

Well uncle Heinkel,Finally got up the nerve to fly the b-24 today.
What a sight,pretty awsome.Flew like a charm,I was having
trouble with my engines,So I figured with the touble I was having
something bad was instore.Got it on the runway, which is pretty
ruff, couldnt hardly steer the 24 straight, lined her up,put down the
flaps, went full throttle,Went about 30 feet or less and it was going up.It climbed out fast.Trim was'nt to bad off. After trimming
my knees eased off shaking.Had a great flight,A whole lot better
than what I was expecting.Only problem I had was landing,My flaps need a little ajusting, slight right turn coming in,so I was adding left to keep her straight so when it touched down, bent
my nose gear from being in a left turn and kinda tilted to the right.
Did'nt hurt anything but my nose gear.I got a robart mechanical
nose, and robart air on the mains. The reason for my steering problems is the thing is so wobley and the feild is ruff,(our new feild).I got it all on film,Other than the crappy landing the thing
was an awsome sight to see. Thanks for all your input on yours
I kept that in mind as I was getting ready. Its different from my
b-17 thats for sure,Could,nt say which one I like better,I like them all.
David
