Chad, thanks for the information. I believe that it is indeed a ST2500 as it has ST2000 on the case and 25cc stamped on the mounting lug. Some additional questions, the original builder didn't build it with flaps. I am thinking that I need to retrofit the flaps. Any thoughts given your experience with this plane? Also, did yours have platt struts/retracts? How did they hold up?
