The more I look at the plan I don't think I want to get into moving the wing forward. The main reason is the fuel tank. If I move the wing forward I now have to relocate the first doubler behind the firewall and then probably add another under the canopy. We'll see I might change my mind after I finish the wing.

Joining the wing itself...144 I like your idea of adding braces to the LE and TE, will do. You still used the rib#1 that gets glued to the angle guid, right? This will need some fabricating. I hope to have the wing finished by this afternoon.
