The feathering shaft will require you to remove both screws or just one on either end. You may do this by taking 2 of the mounting wrenches and twisting them on both ends in a counterclockwise direction.
Unfortunately with mine I was unable to remove one of the screws as it has seized. This shouldn't be a problem if you just wanted to try and straighten yours out vs replace it.
If you only get one screw out you will need to remove both blade grips to get at the feathering shaft.
