Holy Cow, never heard of one being that hard to get the screw out of the spindle shaft. Try getting some vise-grip pliers. Hold the spindle part and use the allen wrench to try and get the screws out. Careful thou, the shaft will break/shatter if to much pressure is applied. You may have to bite the bullet, and get some new screws too. This can be a very frustrating hobby.
