HI James
Sounds like you need more air intake.Your intakes look to be smaller and more scale than the one i had.You can make some blow-in doors,that would open to allow more air in.I beleive you need are 30 sq inches of intake area.Not to sure on that,its been awhile since i messed with ducted fans.
