hpi baja motor ?

I am planning on buying the hpi baja in about 4 month and was woundering what would be a faster motor over the stock one?I was thinking about the Chrome CY 29cc Motor With Stuffed 2mm Crank.Will this motor add about 10 mph with the stock exhoust?If not what would be an excelent super fast motor for about 200$$? THANKS
