It works great for me! I bought it at an RC aircraft hobby store. It only cost me about $10, if I remember right. Check eBay for them.

You insert the suction end of the pump into the gallon of fuel, and the other end into your car's tank. Turn the manual crank until you feel resistance, and you will have flow. It is a very fast and clean way to fill up your tank.
