do you want a remotely mounted glow driver connector? so that you attach your ni starter in a sfe location. or do you want a battery powered onboard glow driver? i have looked at the maxx products mx 9900. i have used the nelson hobbies intelligent driver, not impressed, it doesn't adjust as claimed is my experience. this one is about as simple as you can get.

I built my own intelligent onboard glow driver. It allows user-set on/off points (so the glow comes on at a designated llow-throttle setting but goes off when you open the throttle beyond that point, or bring the throttle back to cut.
It uses about $10 worth of parts, is very compact and works well. It's almost as good as having a gas plane when you can fuel up the plane, turn on the gear, flick the prop and fly -- no messing around with glow-connectors etc :-)
