My first Motor was the Xtra 25-13 with a RASA 18.5" x 12" prop. The power was good. One year later Pletti was comming with the Xtra 30-10. More power and the prop I have flown was from 19"x12" to 21"x14". The motor was newer constuction. I had flown last year until 130 Flights with the 30-10 No Problems. Not in one of my flights I had a problem. I dont need more power. It's enough for me but Pletti thinks differently came with a new motor. I think Its good so. In Autumn last Year after the EM in Swiss I buy the Xtra 30-10EVO. This motor is standard I think. I cannot say how the power is. I dont have flown. Everyone says fantastic I think also.
Your decision to buy the new EVO engine is absolutely correct although the power of the 30-10 is enough. That is my opinion.
