I've got the sweep thing down real good and I can compensate to the degree of a nearly perfect vertical take-off every time. Well...I'll have a heli that flies today. Reason...wind is blowing 90mph and it's cold as a dogs hiney in Feburary...so I'll have one flying today. Couldn't happen when it was 40deg with no wind right? Arrow...I still think binding swash or the upper head. Might have had a burr floating around making things sticky and you managed to get it out of there and never seen it. Failing motors cause a lot of problems but lift if it has good RPM's is not one of them.
