I definately recommend boomtown hobbies superskids and CF tail boom mod. I also went all aluminum from microHeli. It's amazing how much more control the heli has now.

As far as uploading videos. what internet browser are you using? RCUVideos.com works best with Internet Explorer. Also be aware of the format and size of the video (avi, wmv, mov). I've been having to compress the video and convert to .mov file.

Also make sure you have a good connection speed. Hope this helps.
