Take a sewing needle and thread, run the needle with thread attached down the tube from outside the plane. Push the needle into the end of the antenna wire gently and pull on the thread while pushing on the antenna wire. Make sure you pull gently on the thread so you don't pull the needle out of the wire
.. except that, if I remember correctly, the antenna tube turns through 90 at the receiver end, and the needle will get stuck!
If that doesn't work, try spraying (a little) WD40 on the antenna wire, getting it as straight as possible, and slowly feed it down the tube.
