All series built packs “LiPO” should be balanced to live a long healthy life. Any balancer that can plug into the balance plug will work from low cost Blinky to TP205 the more costly. Lots to chose “equinox balancer from Great Planes/Electrifl” I do not know about I’ll try to do a search.
BTW If you plan to get into a lot of these cells then a charger that plugs into the balance plug and charges each cell individually is the better way to go.
