Hey boystoys are those mashers your running for tires? I have the exact same setup as you exept for the tires and the lipo. unfortunatley i havent had the chance to run it yet..well only up and down the road with a venom 6-cell 3300 pack geared 19/86 and it flew, Also the motor and esc where still cool. You must be the same boystoys that posts in the traxxas forums.
Yes I am running Masher 2ks all the way around. I am the same guy from the Traxxas forum. I have been trying to avoid that board as of lately. There are few guys on there that seem to "know it all" and will argue until you give up. Well, I gave up! Watch your gearing I ran mine in the dirt yesterday with 15/86 gearing on an IB4200wc 6 cell pack and it got pretty hot, about 185degrees. The ambiant temp was around 60 so watch out running that large of a pinion.
