Yes I am running Masher 2ks all the way around. I am the same guy from the Traxxas forum. I have been trying to avoid that board as of lately. There are few guys on there that seem to "know it all" and will argue until you give up. Well, I gave up! Watch your gearing I ran mine in the dirt yesterday with 15/86 gearing on an IB4200wc 6 cell pack and it got pretty hot, about 185degrees. The ambiant temp was around 60 so watch out running that large of a pinion.
Yea i just ran 19/86 for a few speed runs down the street. I have 12-15 tooth pinions for dirt When the snow goes away. I wasnt even gonna run it till spring but after spending all night building my xxx-t mf2 I had to see what it would drive like. And the mm5700 was awesome.
And yea i dont plan on going back to the traxxas forums...i will still drive traxxas cars and trucks..
