Default RE: Is 16.8V for the starter safe?

mY FRIEND, THERE WAS NO DEAL IT COST ME ALMOST FIFTY DOLLARS FOR EACH BATTERY AND THE STARTER TAKES TWO BATTERIES, ALSO IF THEY HAD THEM MY FRIEND IS USING I THINK THE 4400 BATTERIES, I ALSO ONLY USE NICKLE METEL AS THEY HAVE NO MEMORY AND WILL TURN ANY SIZE GASSER OVER FOR A LONG TIME, I HELPED A GUY AT ST GEORGE LAST YEAR HE COULD NOT FIND A STARTER TO TURN IT OVER HE WAS IMPRESSED, LAST WEEK I TURNED OVER A DA-80 AND ALMOST FAST ENOUGHT TO TAKE OFF, NO BUT IT IS AN AMAZING STARTER I THINK I GOT IT AT CENTRAL HOBBIES I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE I BOUGHT IT, ROLLIE
