Well, as an experiment I built mine totally out of lite ply, foam board (The kind with paper on both sides that you can get from office depot) lite card board, and covered it in recycled paper, except the wings which are fabric covered. I'll have to post a pic if I can find one. Anyway, its cheap to build/repair and flys really well.
