If you screw the idle screw all the way in, your carb should be wide open. Just loosen it until you have about a 1mm opening, and it should be good for a starting point.

I would recommend resetting all your needles to the break-in setting until you get the engine running again, then leaning it out. At least there won't be any engine damage.
