Would it be hard or frustrating for a car newbie to build the 18ss kit, and what tools are required?

/Edit; Did some reading on the forum and it seems like the kit isn't too hard.
I'd appreaciate some input in what I need to buy with the kit, e.g special tools or stuff from the hobby shop to be able to assemble the kit. (excl. radio and engine related stuff, that I have already)
