Glad to have another glow pilot joining the ranks! The Tower Hobbies Trainer .40 MkII RTF package is a nice trainer system, and you should really enjoy flying it.
Thunder Tiger offers a really nice basic package of flight accessories in one box for $29.99:

Any local hobby store that sells Thunder Tiger can order that for you, or you can buy it through eHobbies.com. Add a gallon of glow fuel to that, and you're pretty much ready to go.
Your Tower Hobbies .46 engine shouldn't require much break-in. As previously stated, read the instructions that come with the plane, but you'll probably end up running one or two tanks of fuel on the ground at full throttle. You start with the engine set rich, and then after it's run for a minute or two you'll turn the needle valve toward peak for about 10 seconds, then back off of it for 10 seconds, then toward peak for 10 seconds again... rinse and repeat. After a tank or two of this, you can just go ahead and fly.
Good luck, and feel free to post back here with any questions.
