Hey all,

I'm aways looking for a new product that makes building easier and when I find it I like to pass it along. . The other day I was at Wal-Mart, with the wife of course, and I was looking around the paint dept. for paint my lastest master piece. Since I'm in the sanding stage I was looking at wood filler when I noticed a tube of Elmers Carpenter's wood filler, it comes in white and brown and it's only $1.89 a tube.

I've used just about everthing out there, micros, light spakle, hobby fillers and more. The new plane will judged on finish so I want something that works. I had several low spots on the sheeting and I filled it with Elmers and let it dry. It drys quickly on top of it....

I found it was very easy to sand with no damage to the balsa. Ya gotta give this stuff a try. It's OUSTANDING, oh yea it's very light after drying and strong.

For a buck 89 it's well worth it.
