I have the rib tape detail on the control surfaces now and I started adding rivets to the stab,fin and rear fuse section. I put down around 300 rivets lastnight and had to stop, I was getting crosseyed I put everything back together to get a few pics and I am getting ready to go back to applying rivets for a few hours.

I have my next build lined up to get on the table, it is a Ziroli 1/5 scale P-40E. This will be a highly detailed plane that will probably take me in the neighborhood of a year to build. The Chipmunk will most likely be my last kit build. I am moving more to plans built scale planes. My last few kits have been mostly test beds for scale detail before moving on to bigger scale projects. I will be doing a thread on my P-40 at rcsacalebuilder and it will start mid april if anyone wants to follow along.
