I too put superskids on and had the same problem as you. I also had changed the position of the push rods to the second hole on the servo arm to make the thing a little tame, the extra weight of the skids had me at full throttle just to get off the ground. The fix for me was 1 1/2 turns out, increasing the pitch. This is my first attempt at flying "fling wings", mostly in the house, I have not had much luck outdoors, two crashes, lots of parts replaced.
