Tex the only problems that I had were the That I had to adjust the gyro to get more stability. If you search this site you can find a thead that is all about the Axe Cp gyro. You might want to order a spare set of blades and blade grips like nzak said. I took a prety nasty drop the first day from about three feet up. I just split the plastic on the blades. No major damage. This little heli is very durable.

I am a total noob, never had any experience(except for the sim) and I was able to hover for about 15-20 second on the third battery.

For anyone who orders the AXE CP you will be very satified if you are trying to learn if you are patient and take it one step at a time. Fights thye wind pretty well too.
I plan to install a head lock gyro and bypass the standard gyro.
