I figured as much from some other stuff I've read. it can add up to a lot of $ by the time i'd be done. I have a DX6 on the way for another project and will probably wait till the stock electronics fail, then go for a spare receiver and the other components. for now, I'll just fight it as good as I can when I'm outside in the open. It might just be the need for experience, but the tail seemed to hold a lot better before. The gain is all the way up and doesn't give that tight twitchy feel that it used to. Maybe the 4n1 is on its way out now! that would be a good excuse to take the plunge.............Mule
