There are some 'stock brushless' setups made by novak and others.
Compared to a modern stock brushed motor, slightly underpowered, but otherwise good performers.
Some are sensored but you can always run them sensorless without a problem. Set the forward advance setting on your ESC to the maximum if you aren't getting enough of a high end.
