I also fly with the stock motor and superskids. The pitch settings should be the same as without the super skids.

Unplug both motors. Turn on the TX, and plug in your battery.
Flip the IDLE UP switch toward you (the switch on the right)
Lower your throttle trim all the way down. Center all other sticks and trims.
Now, set the pitch of the centerline of the blades EXACTLY equal to the flybar.

Move the throttle up and down to the extremes to make sure you arent hitting the top or bottom.

Turn off everything and push the IDLE UP switch away from you.

Plug motor back in and check the tracking of the blades.

I bet you will find that it will now work perfectly.
